We strive to prepare every property before move-in with a regular maintenance checklist as well as regular preventive checks. But things happen. We are here to help, use this Maintenance Request to submit any non-emergency request.
This move-in/move-out form should be filled out prior to or within 48 hours of your move-in date and turned into Tier 1. The checklist can be used as a reference when you decide to vacate the property. Click to download
Renters Insurance
Tier 1 Property Mangement requires all teneants to carry renters insurance from an insurance carrier of their choice or enroll in Renters Legal Liability (RLL) insurance provided by Tier 1 property management.
